To watch any online video lessons you have to be LOGGED IN to your SpiritLifestyle.com account (You will have created an account with a USERNAME/EMAIL and PASSWORD when you first purchased the lesson in the shop) You can check to see if you are logged in here – If you are logged in you will see your DASHBOARD – if not you will see a LOG IN screen inviting you to enter your details When you are logged in you can make use of the eLEARNING menu which has a drop-down menu with links to MY COURSES and MY MESSAGES [embedyt] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-swpwlNtQk&width=500[/embedyt]
