Prices include VAT at the rate of 20% and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but slight variations may occur from time to time. All products shown are subject to availability.
We hope you will love your purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the product(s). We ask that you return products to us unused and in their original packaging. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products reach us within 14 days of you receiving the order. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge, but if you subsequently decide to return the products, you will need to pay for and arrange your own courier, or we can help you to arrange this if necessary. Products can also be returned to our shop in Chester.
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received by us.

• Items returned after 28 days.
• Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 3 days.
• Gift Vouchers. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
If you wish to cancel an order once you have paid for your goods and before they have been dispatched, you will be entitled to vouchers to the same value. A cash/credit refund will not be given.
